Tsavo East Safari

First Day

Departure at 6:00 AM from your Resort or Apartment heading towards Tsavo East Park, the largest in Kenya with an area of 13,747 square kilometers. Along the way, you will enjoy breathtaking landscapes and observe moments of daily life of the local population living in typical African villages. After two and a half hours, you will reach the park entrance, where it is possible to spot crocodiles on the banks of the famous Galana River.

At 9:30 AM, we enter the park for the first safari.

Lunch and relaxation await you at the chosen lodge or campsite, both located near a water point where animals come to drink.

The afternoon safari continues until sunset, after which you will return to the lodge or campsite for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.

Second Day

Wake up early for another safari, as many animals prefer dawn and dusk for moving and hunting.

At 9:30 AM, you will leave the park (the ticket is valid for 24 hours) and return to your resort, with an expected arrival around lunchtime (approximately 1:00 PM). During the return trip, you will have the opportunity to make stops in villages along the route. (Accommodation options include Tsavo East Safari Lodge, Aruba Lodge, Wildlife Lodge, Sentrim Tsavo Tented Camps, and Manyatta Tented Camps.)
